Return Policy
At Botanicus, we strive to provide you with high-quality cosmetic products. For reasons of hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cosmetic products if the packaging has been opened, even partially.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of your order to return any new, unopened product in its original packaging. If the seal or protective packaging is damaged, we unfortunately cannot accept the return of the product. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Return Conditions
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- You received an incorrect item compared to your order.
Important: Any product with its original packaging opened, partially used, or damaged cannot be returned, in accordance with sanitary safety standards for cosmetic products.
Claim Procedure
If you believe you are eligible for a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following information:
- Order number.
- Name of the affected product.
- Photos of the product showing the issue.
Our team will respond as soon as possible to assess the situation and inform you of the next steps.
